Thanks! I'll place it on my imaginary shelf. I watched a video today that was interesting. They took a few tortillas, deep fried them while spinning them with a hand whisk. They puffed up and were deep like a bowl, They filled it with ground meat, lettuce, onion etc. Like a taco but not.
