I totally understand. My new bill jumped from $67 to $87. I went to their local office and asked why and she pulled up my account and said she could definitely lower it and give me an updated, new and improved program. I'll now be paying $55 per month. I'm glad I went by. Took about 3 minutes to save $30 per month and she was very nice. So was our waitress at breakfast and so were the ladies at the Elections Office. Everybody at Food Lion knows me so it's always pleasant there. Small towns roll that way.
