100% agree but it sounds like his attorney/s (whom you can bet are charging a major fortune to represent him) are as nutty as he is. First off, he is not an orphan , he's an adult murderer in prison for intentionally taking the lives of both his mother and his father and, secondly, even if he was - say - a minor-aged orphan, it was because of his own murderous actions. And his legal team is asking for leniency? Pure gutter tactics...it won't fly.
