The 1st thing I'm using the mushrooms for will be in some fresh green beans I bought. I'm going to roast one of the red peppers from my haul and add it and some 'shrooms, along with a partial pack of GOYA ham seasoning to the beans. I'm also planning to use the mushrooms in a Taco Pie and in yellow rice which I'll have with a small chuck roast (I did not buy a filet, I compromised) that I'll make this Sunday. I'll use the honey for various things, in coffee, sweet potatoes, cobblers, etc.
