...a couple were so bad that we gave them very little to do to cut down on errors. The amazing thng is that they had HUGE college GPA's. That means that not only did these dummies get help getting hired and getting promoted, they got a lot of help getting through college. They came from very respected schools but there were several who were dumb as bricks.

When they left us for better jobs they did not last long. Apparently they actually expected them to do something at their new jobs.

They actually hurt other minority employees who were very capable to because they built an assumption that we hired less-than-capable minority employees.
