I have struggled forever with maintaining my balance. EVERY joint gave me pain. I could not walk from point a to point b without holding on to some means of support.
Back in '67 I came home on leave and contracted mononucleosis (kissing disease). I felt sluggish for a few days and it was gone. What they now know is multiple sclerosis, enters with it and embeds itself until you reach your 50's and then it comes out. I just thought I had a bad sense of balance. Dealt with it for decades. There is no cure or vaccine at present. BUT by drinking protein drinks it's symptoms disappear. I went and bought a case of Boost. Comes in several flavors, I chose chocolate. Came home and drank a 11 oz. container with 30 grams of protein. The symptoms immediately disappeared. I now need no support, experience zero pain and just wanted to share the info. What I had dismissed as just old age, has all disappeared.
