I'm glad we're done with it. New meal tomorrow. Haven't decided just what yet. Not a whole lot of humidity yet because we've had no rain, fog or any moisture. It's so cold in this house I could hang a side of beef and age it. I've got all my electrical warmers on my side of bed turned on. Can't wait to get in it.
