My real concern is do you think someone might try putting horse burger in your hamburger?
You are not allowed to eat horse meat in America , not that is bad meat it is because some people classified horses with pets .
I would try a small horse steak but I have tried a lot of different meat Rattle Snake , Frog Legs , squirrels , Rabbits. Racoon, bear, elk , deer , alligator just to mention a few . The one meat that I tried several different way is raccoon and I never liked it anyway it was cooked. I ate buffalo in S Dakota the steaks were alway tuff hamburger was ok.
