...for days we have gotten 80% or higher forecasts for thunderstorms at some hour in the afternoon and for days the number has moved, then dropped throughout the day. One day we had a 100% chance for 2 PM in the 7 AM forecast that dwindled all day to just 1% by 2 PM.
I know what today's change to a 3% chance means. I will get my umbrella ready.
