dependent on the handouts so they are forbidden. Yet the USDA continues to brag that over 42 Million people (12% of the US population) are receiving SNAP/EBT (Food Stamps), up from 30 Million just 15 years ago.

Looks like even 25 years after 9/11, US Agencies still aren't sharing intelligence.
