I am a sound believer in our constitution and fully support many
of its amendments. I’m not certain that it’s written in there that
a president can declare war and deploy troops just because he
wants to and doesn’t need to ask Congress anything because
he’s the president and he can do anything he wants to.

I only say that because that’s what he said.

What’s your thought concerning Americans
dying in undeclared wars across any sea?
