Chicken pot pie sounds very very good!

I might need the slow cooker version 😀 I am such a fan of dump and go - in other words, dump some ingredients into the crockpot/slow cooker and let it do its thing while I go off and do other things. Anything I learned to make in the oven is usually labor intensive and requires constant supervision - and we all know how I feel about the kitchen anyway!

It is my nature to miss people, places, things. And, yes, people come and go and I can accept that - in time. I just figured Johnny was encouraged to create a more secluded venue. Doesn't stop me from missing his posts. And watching the rapport between the two of you - humorous and also a comfortable stability in a world that is rapidly changing every day. Not that I am bitching or whining - I've earned my badge in 'you rarely get what you want' many many moons ago. 👍 And I'm very happy that you and TEXRA still post here. And lucky and JK and Stoogie and WD, if I nag And some others.

I hope TEXRA hears something about Otis soon - a few days ago I saw a concerning post at Mondo's.
