No, you'd call it a Meatball Ritzer.

Now, my turn...why is a hamburger called a hamburger? Ham is not a part of the equation, it's not even made from pork/pig.

Excellent. I did not know that and until you asked your question, I never wondered. It's just one of those things ingrained on the brain from youth. That looks good by the way. I didn't cook my usual Sunday meal, I had a lazy, laid back day...no complaints.
