While it may be true that the octopus is genetically unique and shares relatively few of our genes, you have to consider that the chimpanzee is about 96% like you and me n have their differences, in and out of trees, every now and again, but they sit and discuss the issue to reach a reasonable resolution, very rarely exhibiting the need to express differences with anger with violence… which is not the way the God had originally intended -

At least not yet, although I keep thinking, ‘Oh, sure, the culture goes back many thousands of years n there are a lot of Chinese, if you were the head of the government, what would you do with control of a nation during eighty years of “westernization” while merging with the modernization of an increasing population?
Here’s a scenario: Your operatives, steal western technology, kidnap Elon Musk, establish an operating Moon Base and send your people to Mars…
