Why the cease fire?

Iran's gone winchester on missiles, most likely, and didn't have the balls for a ground war.
But "their" stuff didn't work anyhow.

We learned a thing or two.

First: GBU-57s work even in an operational setting.

Second: Russia's mass marketed S-300 missiles/S-300PMU-2 air defense systems don't work worth a damn in an operational setting.

Russia has marketed these SAMs to:

- Algeria
- Azerbaijan
- Belarus
- Bulgaria
- China
- Cyprus
- Greece
- India
- Iran
- Kazakhstan
- Libya
- Serbia
- Slovakia
- Syria
- Venezuela
- Vietnam

Sucks to be them.

CNN now quoting a senior Iranian official that Tehran has not received any ceasefire proposal and "sees no reason for one."

The flip/flop may mean they have division in their senior leadership, OR

Israel agreed to ceasefire so long as Iran does not launch further attacks, Reuters reported citing a White House official.

Tehran has signaled to Washington that no further attack will occur, the report said.

They usually play out that Iran agrees to almost everything then

they start cheating a few months later and progressively cheat more and more. If Democrats come to power they pay them to start behaving again and Iran promises to do so, but they don't. Then eventually the west gets tired of that and the war starts again.

Wash, rinse, repeat.

We've fallen for it every time.

Four drones launched from Iran at Israel were shot down by the Israeli Air Force, the IDF says.

Sirens had sounded in the Golan Heights an hour ago as one drone was intercepted, while the other three were downed outside of Israel’s borders, according to the IDF.
