Yes and Yes. The skin looks burnt, but it's not. The black is tasty flame broiled dry rub which had sugar in it. I am in the camp of crispy skin.

I have never for my entire life trusted food deliveries. You just don't know what goes on from the kitchen to your house. No offense intended. There are weird people out there.

I was going to add the chicken thigh deboned but there was no room.

And I'd never trust someone else to do my shopping for me...

It is a mighty fine multi-meat sandwich. You really should win. Just pretend those are Mt. Dew chips and pile it high.

Yeah, everybody is pushing those Baja Blast. I'll stay with my regular. It really was a good sandwich, the pastrami always enhances the flavor.
