it would probably fall through the grates. It is way too soft and wet. There is a fix tho, you would have to put it in the freezer first for about thirty minutes to firm it up. It would be rigid and ready for the grates.

Good point. It was definitely soggy. It would probably be difficult to even make it into a firm patty.

Sounds like a great idea. I haven't planned my celebration...
