On the menu for my 4th of July gathering

My nephew and his sons are doing the cooking and it will be done outdoors using this turkey fryer method minus the crab legs. Instead of putting it in a big pan, it will be spread out on a table with sides that is lined heavily with butcher's meat wrapping paper. Good stuff.

Wait, I'm confused. Are crab legs on the menu or not? I like crab legs, but it's kind of a workout to get to the crab.

There will be no crab legs for the very reason you gave. They're delish but too much trouble. We're having a big tossed salad and garlic bread with it so it will be nap time soon after.
