Still, a proficient rainmaker with the threat of winds maybe tornados once it moves inland in the Louisiana area.

That's what it sounds like at this stage, so people do need to proceed with preparations just in case there is potentially damaging weather. First off...top off those gas tanks and make sure you have sufficient propane, water and ice. Loss of power sucks. We learned our lessons the hard way last year.
