Fresh Farm Eggs

I bought 3 dozen of these farm fresh eggs from our local Farmer's Market last weekend @ $3 per dozen. You can leave them sitting on the counter top for 2 weeks or you can refrigerate them for 2 months. They are nice, large eggs. Miss Anna has a new egg customer.

I also bought onions, beef tomatoes and white acre peas. Can't beat the prices.

I have never had eggs with the bloom on it. One time I was offered it and said no thanks cuz I didn't understand eggs not being in the fridge.

If you look closely you'll see some condensation on the container. Mine went straight into the fridge. Old habits die hard and I just don't trust the on the counter thing.

I would have no problem using up 3 dozen in two months. Easy decision.
