I ate half with an ear of that sweet corn. The au jus was natural and would make a good soup. png images

The corn is usually the best part of a meal but this was a tie. that Philly was awesome.

but still a nice looking sammy and the grilled bun is spot on. I had the last of my chicken enchiladas from Dara's recipe 4 months ago.

It's a tie. I love enchilada's. Just froze two breadpans of the leftover meat and juice. I'll vacuum seal tomorrow.
