My first round of fall garden seed got planted today

Kalette... two kinds
Green cabbage
Red cabbage
Broccoli Rabb
Brussels sprouts
12 total

These will be a middle of September transplant
my earliest ever
I have spots in the yard where plants need to be a foot tall or they won't get enough winter sunlight
That's my strategy this year... get them tall early

I'll sow more seed in two weeks for other spots where this is not a concern.

Grandfather Vac used to collect cracked or
broken windows and build frames from one
by tens to place them upon over his seating
beds. Worked through snowfall.
