Like Halloween except in the summer. Bizarre. Won't affect me. In 39+ years I've never had the first trick or treater.

My daughter says if you work in the school district, it can resemble Halloween all year long. Har!

Although - I noticed the other day at water torture that women my age have started coloring their hair bright purple, pink...etc.,...
