In regards to jeans: mine usually
have to be folded up four inches
at the cuff… which may explain
the scrape marks on my knuckles…

I tried to schedule the surgery to extend
both of my legs for 4 or 5 inches; turns
out it was easier to fold up the jeans n
run a risk an insecure wasphoe feeling
the need to tell that they was thinking
that was sissy… must be nice to find
jeans that fit or have no concern for
the cost of undergoing surgery …

It catches the piss running down his leg.

Have you considered a 4 or 5 inch wide piece of a "manly" black or brown lace to extend the length?

How do you determine extending the pants leg length with manly lace would help to address and resolve the problem of the pants leg being too long to begin with?

Elementary. Cut the pants off, negating the cuff. Or just cut the pants and hem.
