I so fuked up the pizza dough

AS I unrolled the store bought dough it stuck everywhere to itself, and I couldn't get it unstuck without tearing it to pieces. I knew I should have bought two of them. As soon as Paco Taco is done and moves his truck, I'm going back to the store for more.

I win the bonehead of the day award.

Unless you are an idiot, like me, it shouldn't be a problem. I got it right the second time. The trick is to keep it on the non stick paper it was rolled in and just flip it over and then peel the paper off. I peeled the dough off first and that was a big mistake.

Well, that's not your fault - bad batch. It happens. Look in the specialty fresh pasta section at your grocery store and see if they carry fresh pizza dough rolls. All you do is roll it out to the size you need. Food Lion carries it here. It's good stuff.

It was 100% my fault. I've never used that dough before. I got it right the second time. I didn't need that five bucks anyways.

Don't feel bad. I've cut my finger and a thumb a total of 3 times in the past week. Twice on the same finger...once while peeling potatoes and once while slicing carrots diagonally. The third time and - weirdly - the worst, was when I was wrapping food in tin foil and the sharp edge spliced the inside of my thump. It took me forever to stop the bleeding. I felt like throwing in the towel, but only for a moment. My kitchen is my main domain so "things" are bound to happen from time-to-time. Plus, I've had my yearly quota of 3 mishaps in just one week so I'm good to go. Your pizza is going to taste mighty fine.

Nailed it. That looks almost exactly like the one in the video. How does it taste with your chicken? Did it transfer from pan-to-pan easily? Can't wait to try it, I'm using beef and pepperoni. Well done, Chef.

Tasted pretty good actually. The chicken was taco seasoned, so that was the predominate flavor. I greased the pan liberally with olive oil and she just fell right out.
