Cutting up nectarines is tedious work

I'm trying not to cut myself. It's a freestone fruit, but some of those seeds are locked in tight and I have to scalpel my way through.

No question about it - that was a lot of work. Deseeding them was probably much harder than shucking and desilking that corn I bought and creamed back in June. Hope you got through it all with no cut fingers. Rest well tonight.
