breakfast. Hot sausage patties, buttered toast, 2 egg omelet with green onions, cubed bell pepper, cubed sharp cheddar, cubed ham, dash of curry in egg, salt and pepper.

I'm going to make that a Monday meal. I rapid thawed chicken thighs in hot water and then threw them on the grill. I season them with Goya Adobe. You Win
