Most black folk I know consume their fair share of dairy. Seems to me if that were true, there would be a lot of Brothas and Sistas doubled over in agony after Sunday dinner. I loves me some cheese, and can go overboard. When I do, I pay the price. It's not because I'm lactose intolerant, it's because I ate to much Mac & Cheese.

To sum up, enjoy your milk & cereal without pause.

I'm going to be called racist anyway so I went ahead and had a bowl of cereal. Many cheeses have low lactose and can be eaten by people with lactose intolerance.
