You save some money with your burgers by buying beef hearts, trimming the fat,, grind it, and add it to your hamburger . I go 2/3 beef - 1/3 heart.

Years ago I saw a guy grind cherries in.... don't remember the percentage.

Sam's sells cherry, jalapeno and goat cheese chicken meatballs. They are very good. No body organs.
