I think I might buy a couple.
I have a grill wok but I don't use it enough, which is a shame on me.

Probably wouldn't use the basket. Have a flat bottom wok we use on the stove top.

As much as you grill, and because they don't cost a fortune, I say go for it. I don't grill enough for it to benefit me but it seems like a great way to grill those veggies in your video...keeps them together and looks easy to rotate. Yum on the chicken and veggies, btw.
