Dinner - Oven roasted pot roast...

...with carrots, red potatoes, onions, lettuce and tomatoes. Just sharing a pic', been a while since I last cooked. It was a nice meal.

Those carrots look good and you probably have plenty of leftovers. Sandwich time.

Sounds good. I sometimes buy the precooked roast and taters...

There are many leftovers. I'm thinking some of that roast and gravy (I had gravy from the roast but didn't use it) over egg noodles with the carrots and onions chopped and thrown in along with sweet peas - one pot meal.
