Lite supper

French fries with popcorn salt and ketchup, fried green tomato, homemade hush puppy with creamed corn, green onion, jalapeno peppers, planter grown green onion, pickle spear. Fried, wild caught Atlantic Cod with homemade tartar sauce and hot sauce.

Dangit! You had a sure winner but you failed to list the meat first...

That's funny. You have a really good sense of humor. Actually, sweets could wait. I want the 'grub' first and have always been a fan of rice-a-roni, Chicken and Spanish. Steak looks like medium rare? Yum.

It was 13 minutes on a very hot propane grill.
7 min first side, 6 on the backside.

It was a clever touch for the picture. If I have dessert after a big meal, it's always later. I want to enjoy it after my meal settles. Blue Bell Ice Cream tastes more like homemade ice cream than any other brand on the market, IMO and I grew up on the old-fashioned home-churned kind, using dry ice.

Eat that Drumstick first. The heat from the other food will melt it otherwise....

Never put salt on it until after it's fried. Makes it chewy.
