says he intends to begin proceedings next week to hold Clinton in contempt of Congress. That would have to pass a House vote. If it does, it would then be referred to DOJ for potential criminal prosecution.

On the other hand, if you have, there are so
many other events which easily qualify as
distractions, so it’s easily excusable
