update on a situation before he issues an
order for an attack on any foreign nation
without a declaration of war, or maybe
even ordering attacks upon American
citizens in their own cities because he
has still remains afraid of criticism so he
tries to distract US as he instills fear…?

Nawww. That could not never happen in
America to the Americans who live there.
