Dinner

I decided to cook today instead of tomorrow. The cabbage and corn with bacon was excellent. With it I had Country-Style ribs, brown sugar and maple syrup sweet potatoes and a cornbread stick. Now I can enjoy my day tomorrow. I love leftovers for more than one reason.

I appreciate that, TEXRA, and "Thank You" but I'm not competing with anyone, just posting a picture of - mainly - my cabbage and corn w/bacon. Those ribs literally fell off the bone.

That rib talk just makes me want you to win that much more...

Yes, a very heavy cast iron one that belonged to my grandmother who passed away in 1966 at the age of 81...treasure!
