I was just informed that, with loss of power,
my refrigerated food would only remain safe
for consumption for four hours !!!!

I didn’t know that.

I thought if it was cold…

I remember a Van and carving up a goat and bees emerging from walls and some old guy killing a rabbit with 100 dollar arrows and drinking bunches of Wellers whiskey

just crossed my mind: if the power goes out because
of the snow, you could take all the food out of the
refrigerator, put it in a plastic storage box n stash
it in the yard under the white stuff, an uncommon
practice the sunny south
