I've gotten stung by lionfish three times
I had a huge saltwater aquarium which was a wall separator between the living room and dining room
The sting was not even close to life threatening, more like a bee sting

I had that cool aquarium for 20 years and finally gave it up cuz the work to maintain it became too taxing.

I advertised my kickass tank and equipment for FREE
First call got it all
Young Asian kid whose parents insisted on coming along for the FREE sale cuz it sounded too good
They approved

I did not need the cash, it went where it was destined to go.

Very cool story and I bet that kid was beyond elated to get it, too. I used to watch Costeau's show religiously when it was on TV way back when. In fact, it was a family affair...we all watched it, my siblings and parents.
