Surprise appearance today...and I happened to hear it on RAV earlier this morning

but the only news source reporting is Axios, for some bizarre reason and their headline is ridiculous (link below)

But what I heard on RAV is that Tulsi will be joining all the Secretaries' of State at their national meeting.

Axios reports that Bondi and Noem were also supposed to be there - but Bondi dropped out (of course)

The speaking slot alloted for them to speak is supposed to be a 3pm EST
