...my Seafood Lasagna I'll post a plated picture tonight after dinner. Right now, I'm taking a break from my all-cleaned up kitchen. Just as an FYI, It's a labor-intensive dish that requires a lot of pots, pans and other kitchen utensils. The good news is it is well worth the effort and it freezes well.

Will do., but later in the evening. What you're looking at in the picture is the rest of the grated moz' and cheddar that I did not use in the sauce but decided to sprinkle it on top as soon as I took the pan out of the oven to prevent from throwing that small amount of cheese away. It does have Flounder chunks in it, though.
