That's often the problem in such cases. A boarder is often the perpetrator.

Tomasso is married to Savanna's (55) sister Annie Guthrie, 56, who lives in Tucson, AZ. Savannah also has a brother Charles who lives in Burlington, VT.

Tomasso Cioni is possibly a teacher in a local Tucson high school. It is unknown if he is a legal resident of the USA.

Annie's car has been impounded.

There was a ransom demand but there are no guarantees it actually came from the kidnapper.
