It rained yesterday and yesterday was a very long and eventful day only offset by a few shots of tequila ! But there were also moments of grace, as there always are if you look hard enough for them. The stars were out bright earlier this morning - so maybe it will be a BEAUTIFUL day! You have a marvelous Sunday and relax - don't work too hard!

The horrible weather was gone as soon as it arrived and it's very overcast now but will be clear skies tomorrow. We dodged a bullet by not losing power, that was grace. Temps not bad and too wet to do anything so I'm good. Take care.

oh, hey, um the wedding was far behind us Other life events continue to arise though. Isn't that the way of it? As far as the house - it is odd that for so many years of wishing I was not here - AFTER spending so many years raising kids and being part of this community - I really am reluctant to leave. At least that is what I've been accused of - hence the hesitation on choosing a new venue. But, shit has continued to happen that amount to a fly in the ointment [I might have borrowed that metaphor from JK - or at least someone typed something to that effect recently] Once upon a time I did not ever sit still and my happy feet trotted the globe - so I think it must be that I am officially old and fight change??? At least there is a rumor that as we age we do not like change??? Who knows. But - it IS time for a change. Gosh I just type away, all the while keeping an eye out for the smoke broom with a 'kill dorothy' message or something like that...maybe it was 'surrender Dorothy' I never said my sense of humor wasn't warped - in fact, I've said quite the opposite. I am highly amused that one can just be 'hanging out' and out of nowhere comes the venom. I laugh and then I shrug. I should go over to Mondo's and pester Deanna but it's the 'ad' thingy and I am due an upgrade of equipment I think.
