My grandmother would go every morning to a cafe and eat a hamburger and drink a small coke in a bottle. Religiously.

I have to run an errand this morning which will put me on a direct path to Carls Jr. and I've been wanting to grab a couple of these.

It will take every ounce of resistance I have to not go to the drive thru. If I can manage that, I will pull out the panini press and make a double roast beef with provolone panini sammy.
