Just put wings on my grocery list, I'm all out. P.S. Dijon mustard is a good marinade for any meat. It adds a tangy flavor and tenderness when baking and grilling or, in this case, frying.

I think that's worth trying for the fun of it or if yer just gonna make a few wings. I have a deep fryer and when I make wings its always 168+. I would not dump flour in the deep fryer as I get many deep fry uses out of that oil batch. Putting flour in that way would make it a single use. Let us know how it turns out.

I didn't even notice they were all flats. I'll post my opinion when I try them, probably one day next week.
