better fish. I shaved the bloodline off put in seasoned cornmeal. Dropped in hot oil. Had fried okra, twice fried French fries with popcorn salt, homemade hushpuppies, homemade tartar sauce, green onions, dill pickle spears.

These tonight were just large hoop net caught cat fish from the Ouachita River, 61 degree water, no bait just free floating net in the middle of the water column.

My wife's uncle was a guide in Alaska. When he'd come down here he'd bring fresh halibut filets with him to give to us. It was better than halibut.
