Lunch

I actually made a balanced meal for lunch today. There's a homemade chicken pattie that I made up as I went along, Mexican rice, sautéed fresh spinach, sliced tomatoes and a slice of Texas Toast garlic bread cut in half. Cereal tonight.

Are we giving trophies for lunch now? We're gonna go broke on trophies!

Not for me. I can only speak for myself, but I'm simply posting pictures of some of my meals and desserts occasionally, not collecting invisible trophies. Are you no longer posting what you had for breakfast at Whataburger and your Earl Campbell dinners announcing yourself the winner? Maybe you should offer to help with those fees?

Well, since Whataburger Breakfast on a Bun and Earl Campbell Hot Links are most of my diet...

Thanks for the guffaw (RIP BP) - seriously, thanks, it was a good, positive laugh and a very good question.

Here's the deal, I have OCD about certain things and that POD stand is one of them. It has to be full at all times. I also have a white coffee cup that has to be stain free at all times. It gets a good soap/bleach combo wash 3 times a week. I buy a box of 72 pods and make my single cup Keurig from a pod from the box, always leaving the stand full.. When the box is empty, I buy another, put fresh pods in the stand and put the old ones into the box to drink. Is your head spinning yet?
