...for a few days of torrential downpours. Here's the thing though, if you've never lived in a small community like mine, you don't know what you're missing. All who have lost homes are being housed by local motels at no cost if needed and there are fundraisers galore going on. The firefighters, many from other states, are having all their needs met as well by a tremendously generous SE GA community. Until the rain comes and the fires are gone to bring that much needed relief, we will prevail. It's just a great place to call home.
