Coins, you should take your seal skin to a printer

and have them print a predator bird on it like an eagle, hawk or owl. It might keep the birds away for shitting on your seal skin.

Or I could drive around with an owl decoy on top of my truck.

At the plant where I worked we had problems with birds on the pipe racks...

...They pooped everywhere, built nests and messed up instruments. We finally got some stuffed vultures from a local taxidermist that were placed on high points around the plant and they helped tremendously.

The problem we ran into was that they eventually got in bad shape and needed to be repaired or replaced. Imagine the phone calls we got when we sent an expense report to corporate to pay costs related to a work order to "Refurbish the buzzard." The calls were a weird mixture of "What the hell is.." and laughter.

We had the same problem at Ft. Knox in a huge building where we stored some tanks for training. I made a blow gun out of small electrical conduit and darts out of coat hangers and killed every one of them.

When pigeons first started to roost on my house, I played screeching owl sounds loud and flew away faster than Lucky lies.

Absolutely! But some of the lifers asked me to stop flying one on a string I had only wounded.
