Supper Simple Ramen

Now I'll have to find them next time I'm in there. I forgot about them the last time I was in there. Ramen was quick, easy and filling. .36 rain.

Glass Noodles are made from the starch of the Ming Bean, aka bean sprouts. Sometimes they are called Bean Threads or Saifun.

I've had them before because I'm much older. My favorite noodles are the Amish wide egg noodles.
