that I have room to order 4 pizzas from Sam's. So, I got online and added the 4 (max amount) to my cart. I get free shipping if the order is over 50 bucks, so I tossed in a bag of grilling charcoal. When I went to checkout, they removed the pizza from my cart. WTF?

Perhaps it's because the food court does not open til 10 am. I'll try again after that time.

Pizza would be great with Vegas hockey tonight.

I paid $5 to get a 3 hour delivery by 1pm
I upped the tip from 10 to 15%

Now that's what I call a great Friday night at home. Pizza and a playoff sports game on TV with your favorite cold beer to help wash that pizza down.

They look mouthwatering and I actually do like them leftover, rewarmed on low heat in the oven. Hope your Golden Knights pull through tonight. Football is my only sports interest so I have long withdrawals between seasons. LOL

So, I almost forgot again. Here's a picture of one of the batches of Chicken Bombs I made - I don't know which batch but you can see how dry they were. That pic is proof of what you said...the Chicken Bomb gods just don't like me. LOL

I noticed you didn't wrap the ends of the chicken pieces. That is the 90 degree turn time. It's kind of mandatory. If you can conquer that, I'd bet you would make winners.

It looks like your chicken was cut in length format. It is also important that you cut your chicken in chunks. Think the shape of a golf ball. This makes wrapping the chicken completely in bacon way easier.

Thank you for those tips. I did not cut in chunks and I did do a poor job with the wrapping, definitely need to improve on that. One more thing I need your advice on to help make them better...they were so salty from sitting in the soy sauce marinade overnight and then wrapping them with bacon. Do you use low-sodium soy?

So I don't use low sodium

You could even use a completely different marinade... like Caribbean Jerk. Your choices are endless. Just try to get as close to that 24 hour WET marinade as possible.
