Do any of you like your beef ribs cooked this rare? Just doesn't seem right to eat ribs that way---beef or pork. Also, wonder why the video says "No wrap" at the bottom? They're obviously wrapped. Am I missing something? https://youtube.com/shorts/_KxE0JJsX_w?si=oLqJM7Cr9l3-B0bG
